WHAT TO BRING?

Comfortable Trainers (2 pairs if you have them).

Comfortable walking/hiking shoes.

Swimming shorts/costumes (nobody will be obliged to go swimming and there will be an alternative program for non-swimmers.

Suitable training clothes for 7 days worth of training. Washing facilities are available during your stay but we suggest you bring plenty of clothing with you.

We advise that you check the weather forecast a couple of days beforehand. Don't worry though, with 325 days of sunshine per year, it's likely to be much warmer than most places!
