• 35% deposit is required at time of booking.

• Full payment is required 60 days before arrival.

• Within 24 hours of receipt of payment we will send you booking confirmation along with a health & fitness questionnaire and administration documents. Please check our terms & conditions policy for details about cancellations

• Closer to the date we will contact you for your flight details. A member of our team will be there to pick you up from Alicante or Valencia airport.

• We have scheduled airport pick-ups at Alicante airport on arrival day at both 11.00 and 16.00. Outside of these times there could be an additional charge.

• Drop-off times at Alicante airport are 09.00 and 13.00. Outside of these times there could be an additional charge.

• Transfers for flights both arriving and departing Valencia airport are charged up to 100€ depending on the number of people.
